(a) The Municipal Manager and Fiscal Officer of the Village are authorized to open any bank deposit or bank share account(s) in the name of the Village of Lewisburg, Ohio.
(b) The Fiscal Officer is authorized to endorse checks and orders for the payment of money or otherwise withdraw or transfer funds on deposit with any bank. During the absence or disability for any reason of the Fiscal Officer, this function shall pass to the Municipal Manager.
(c) The Municipal Manager and Fiscal Officer of the Village Lewisburg, Ohio, are authorized to enter into a written lease for the purpose of renting, maintaining, accessing and terminating a safe deposit box with any bank.
(d) All other banking powers for officials to act on behalf of the Village of Lewisburg, Ohio, shall be by other Ordinance, Resolution, Motion of Council, Charter, or other applicable law.
(e) The Municipal Manager and Fiscal Officer are authorized to sign any form documents as required by a bank for purposes of accomplishing the intent of this section.
