1333.15 AUTHORITY OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE OFFICER.

   (a)    The Property Maintenance Officer shall bear responsibility for interpretation of this chapter and the issuance of all notices pursuant thereto.

   (b)    Determinations of the Property Maintenance Officer in conjunction with administration of this chapter are final, subject only to a contrary order from a court of competent jurisdiction. (Ord. 2003-07. Passed 7-2-03.)
