1321.01 WHEN REQUIRED.

   Smoke detectors shall be required and installed in all of the following types of housing units in the Village:

   (a)   Hotel rooms;

   (b)   Motel rooms;

   (c)   Dormitory rooms;

   (d)   Boarding house rooms;

   (e)   Apartment and/or rental units;

   (f)   New residential housing units;

   (g)   Existing residential housing units.
