1313.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Additionally, any fence erection in violation of this chapter or in violation of the information contained in the application for a permit shall be considered as both a public nuisance and a private nuisance and can be abated as according to law.
