Owners and users of Industrial Zoned Property in Lewisburg, Ohio, under the Village Zoning Ordinance are hereby exempted and/or treated differently than other citizens and businesses, as follows:
(a) The size and location regulations found under this chapter i.e., industrial dumpsters, may be incompatible to the Village packer and be located where convenient to Industrial owners and users, provided:
(1) All other dumpster rules and regulations are obeyed, including the issuance of permits, as per this chapter.
(2) The Industrial owner or user disposes of his own garbage and/or refuse and does not require the assistance or use of the Village packer or other Village refuse services.
