1309.06 NOTIFICATION, EFFECTIVE DATE, AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS.
   (a)   A copy of this chapter shall be mailed by the Village Clerk to all current known dumpster owners within the Village.
   (b)   This chapter shall repeal all ordinances or parts of ordinances in direct conflict herewith.
   (c)   This chapter shall be effective from and after January 1, 1987, except that the Village Clerk is requested to begin the notification process forthwith.
