(a) The Village shall not be responsible for maintenance of dumpsters or damages to dumpsters; however, the Village will pay for damages to dumpsters that are caused by the negligence of Village employees during sanitation collection.
(b) Before the Village will pay any damage claim under this section, the property owner of the dumpster must file a police report within twenty-four hours of the time the damage occurs, and the dumpster must otherwise comply with the requirements of this chapter at the time of damage.
(c) The owner of any dumpster assumes the risk of loss to his dumpster, unless such dumpster complies with the terms of this chapter.
