The Village hereby adopts by reference the Residential Code of Ohio aka Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two, and Three Family Dwellings and/or the Preble County Building Code to regulate the construction and maintenance of all structures within the guidelines of said Codes within the Village. Any regulations contained in said Codes shall be additional to other regulations contained under other Ordinances and/or other applicable law. Said adoption by reference shall include all future amendments or changes in said Codes.
