1189.02 SCOPE.

This Chapter is limited to canopies, awnings, marquees, and signs that overhang or project over or into a public right-of-way, irrespective of whether legal title to the land has been fully dedicated to the public or whether legal title to the land is merely subject to the public right-of- way.
