1147.04 YARD REQUIREMENTS.

(a) Minimum front yard depth:	25 feet
(b) Minimum rear yard depth:	40 feet
(c) Minimum side yard width on each side	10 feet
(d) Minimum side yard adjacent to residential districts:	15 feet
