(a) The Mayor and Council may, by ordinance, supplement this chapter by the requiring of other recyclable materials to be separated at curbside from other solid wastes.
(b) The Mayor and Council authorizes the Service Department Supervisor to establish and promulgate Rules and Regulations in accordance with the provisions hereof.
