953.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF PROGRAM.

(a) There is hereby established a program for separation of recyclables from solid wastes on a mandatory basis within the Village for the purposes of recycling.

(b) Effective January 1, 1990, it shall be mandatory for all persons to separate newspapers, glass, and aluminum from all other waste produced in or at any premises in the Village.
