§ 32.30 CITY CLERK; OTHER OFFICERS SUBORDINATE TO CITY ADMINISTRATOR GENERALLY.
   (A)   There shall be a City Clerk and other officers subordinate to the City Administrator as the City Council may create by ordinance.
   (B)   The City Clerk shall be subject to the direction of the City Administrator and shall have duties in connection with keeping public records, and the custody and disbursement of the public funds, and the general administration of the city’s affairs as shall be ordered by the City Council.
