§ 112.11 APPEALS FROM DECISIONS OF PLUMBING INSPECTOR.
   The City Council shall act as a board of review under this chapter and, without prejudice to his or her right to appeal to the State Commissioner of Administration as provided by M.S. Chapter 14, as it may be amended from time to time, any person, including any public officer concerned, may register an appeal with the City Council for a review of any decision of the Plumbing Inspector; provided, that the appeal is made in writing within five days after the person shall have been notified or become aware of the decision by the Plumbing Inspector. Upon receipt of the appeal, the City Council shall proceed to determine whether the action of the Plumbing Inspector complies with this chapter and within five days shall make a decision in accordance with its findings.
