It shall be unlawful for the Plumbing Inspector or any of his or her assistants to engage in the sale, installation or maintenance of plumbing equipment and fixtures and plumbing systems, either directly or indirectly, and they shall have no financial interest in any concern so engaged within the city at any time while holding the office as herein provided for.
