§ 91.50 RULES FOR TRANSACTION OF BUSINESS; RECORDS AND REPORTS; ANNUAL BUDGET TO BE PROPOSED.
   Subject to the provisions of § 91.51, the Fire Protection Service Commission shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and shall keep a complete record of its proceedings, which record shall be a public record. A copy of the minutes of each annual, regular and special meeting of the Commission shall be filed with the City Clerk within three days after each meeting, and a record of all special proceedings shall also be filed with the City Clerk. On or before March 1 of each year, the Commission shall submit to the City Council and to the governing body of each other participating political subdivision, an annual report of its activities during the previous year. The Commission shall forthwith submit other reports as the City Council and any other participating political subdivision may from time to time request. The Commission shall annually, at or before the first regular meeting of the City Council in October, submit a proposed budget to the City Council for the next succeeding year’s activities.
