§ 91.33 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The City Administrator, in consultation with the Fire Chief, shall prepare rules and regulations not inconsistent with state law, the City Charter, this code or other ordinance for the government of the Fire Department. The rules and regulations, which may be amended from time to time, when approved by resolution of the City Council and placed on file in the office of the City Clerk, and when a true copy thereof has been placed on file at Fire Department headquarters for inspection and use by all members of the Fire Department, shall be binding upon all members of the Fire Department, and it shall be unlawful for any member to violate or fail to comply with any rule or regulation.
