§ 91.32 OBEDIENCE TO ORDERS; CHAIN OF COMMAND.
   (A)   Each member of the Fire Department shall be obedient to the orders of his or her superior in the chain of command.
   (B)   The chain of command shall descend from the Fire Chief in order of rank and in the absence or disability of any member of the Fire Department, the next ranking member of the Fire Department then and there present and able shall assume the powers and duties of the absent or disabled member.
