(A) In the event of conflict of any provision of the Minnesota Uniform Fire Code with any provision of the Zoning Code, the provision of the Zoning Code shall prevail.
(B) In the event of conflict of any provision of the Minnesota Uniform Fire Code with any provision of state law or any rule, regulation, notice or order promulgated or given pursuant to authority of state law, the more stringent provision shall prevail unless otherwise provided by state law or rule, regulation, notice or order promulgated or given pursuant to authority of state law.
(C) In the event of conflict of any provision of the Minnesota Uniform Fire Code with any other provision of this city code (other than the Zoning Code) or other ordinance of the city, the more stringent provision shall prevail.
