§ 91.08 ESTABLISHMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE ROUTES FOR VEHICLES TRANSPORTING EXPLOSIVES AND BLASTING AGENTS.
   All routes for vehicles transporting explosives and blasting agents within the corporate boundaries of the city are hereby established on an individual case basis and by permit of the City Council in accordance with the Zoning Code.
