§ 51.02 PERMIT AND COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to move, adjust, remove, replace or pass through any municipal utility conduit without complying with the terms and conditions of this chapter and without first acquiring a permit therefor pursuant to the provisions in this chapter.
