The word CONDUIT, as used in this chapter shall mean an overhead conductor or any means of underground or surface transmission or installation or equipment connected therewith or anything serving as a channel, passage or means of transmission for or in connection with municipal utility conduits or installations or equipment incident thereto or used in connection therewith.
