§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of § 73.01 et seq. shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not more than $50.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of § 73.11 et seq. shall be guilty of a violation and shall be punished by the imposition of a monetary penalty of not more than $100.
