(A) Any person operating a bicycle shall obey all traffic signs, signals and laws applicable to motor vehicles.
(B) Bicycles shall be operated on the streets as near to the right hand curb or edge as practicable.

(C) No person shall operate a bicycle on the sidewalks of the city.
(D) No person shall operate a bicycle on any section of a public park, playground, play lot or tot lot, except on a roadway or in a parking area.
(E) No operator of any bicycle shall carry another person on such bicycle.
