§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 93.35 through 93.40 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than $1 or more than $500.

   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 93.55 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than $1, nor more than $10.

   (D)   Any person violating any provision of § 93.57 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than $1, nor more than $10.
