The Department of Planning and Development shall be under the direction of the Director of Planning and Development who shall be accountable to the City Manager. He or she shall perform the duties as set forth in §§ 113.02 and 113.06. The Department of Planning and Development shall include the following divisions:
(A) Division of Planning;
(B) Division of Building and Zoning Inspections.
