§ 351.15 PARKING UNSAFE VEHICLES.

No persons shall park any unsafe vehicle on any highway or public street. UNSAFE VEHICLE shall be defined as a vehicle which is apparently inoperable by reason of extensive damage, such damage including, but not limited to, any of the following: missing wheels, tires, motor or transmission.
