Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which a penalty has not otherwise been provided shall be fined not more than $250. City Council recommends that the Lebanon Municipal Court establish the following parking violation penalty schedule:
Handicap Parking Violation | $250 |
Parking in Prohibited Areas | $50 |
Parking on Sidewalks | $100 |
Parking in Fire Lane / Hydrant | $100 |
Parking on Wrong Side of Street | $100 |
Parking Over Lines | $50 |
