§ 351.12 MOVING SNOW AFTER HEAVY SNOWFALLS.
   (A)   HEAVY SNOW, within the meaning of this section, means a snowfall having an average depth of
four inches or more or a snowfall having an average depth of at least three inches, together with a prediction that the total snowfall will exceed four inches in its average depth, such prediction to be determined by the United States Weather Bureau at Cincinnati.
   (B)   No owner or person in control of any real estate shall move snow from his or her private property onto a public street in such an amount as to obstruct traffic or parking on any public street.
