(A) Pursuant to Section 3.06 of the Charter of the City of Lebanon, the “One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code, 2004 edition,” written by Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., International Conference of Building Officials, and Southern Building Code Congress International, is hereby adopted by reference to regulate the fabrication, erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, location and use of one, two and three family dwellings, their appurtenances and accessory structures in the city.
