(A) Any person who supervises, manages or directs the installation, retrofitting, removal or closure of underground liquid storage tanks, flammable, combustible or non-flammable liquids as well as flammable compressed gases shall notify the City Fire Department Fire Prevention Division 14 days prior to commencement of work; however, this requirement shall not apply in emergency repair work where 14-day notification is not possible.
(B) Also, the correct steps must be taken to also contact the gas company and the city utilities of these activities as well.
