§ 92.069  CERTIFICATE TERM; RENEWAL.
   Each certificate of registration issued pursuant to § 92.068 shall be for a period of one year renewable annually at a fee of $25; provided, however, any plumbing contractor previously licensed by the city shall only be charged a fee of $25 on his or her original application for registration.

§ 92.070  BOARD OF REGISTRATION.
   The Board of Registration for plumbing contractors shall consist of one Council member, the Director of Planning and Development and one citizen member familiar with the plumbing business.

§ 92.085  REGISTRATION; REQUIRED.
   Any contractor doing work inside the city limits requiring a building permit must first register with the Planning and Zoning Office.

§ 92.086  APPLICATION; FEE; BOND.
   Each general contractor described in § 92.085 shall submit his or her application for registration accompanied by a fee of $30 and a performance bond of $10,000 to the Clerk-Treasurer.

§ 92.087  ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE.
   Upon determining that the application described in § 92.086 and the state license are in order, the Board of Registration shall, within 24 hours, direct the City Clerk-Treasurer to issue an original certificate of registration to the applicant.

MOVING BUILDINGS
§ 92.115  PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Except as covered by the State Building Code adopted by this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person, owning the same, to move or cause to be moved any house, barn, shed or other building over the streets, alleys, bridges or thoroughfares of the city until that person shall have first obtained from the Common Council of the city, a permit for moving the house, barn, shed or other building.
