§ 71.01  SPEED LIMITS; GENERALLY.
   (A)   Downtown business district; subdivisions; additions, residential areas.  The speed limit for motor vehicles in the downtown business district and subdivisions shall be 20 mph.
   (B)   Other sections of city.  The speed limit for motor vehicles in all other sections of the city shall be 30 mph.
   (C)   Exceptions.  The above speed limits shall not apply to state and federal highways within the city limits which shall be controlled by state statute or State Department of Transportation regulations.

TRAFFIC FLOW
§ 71.15  TRAFFIC-CONTROL MAP.
   A street map of the city has been prepared which indicates thereon the location of all traffic-control devices within the city limits. This map, titled “Lebanon Traffic-Control Map,” is hereby adopted and made a part of this Traffic Code by reference. The original copy of this map shall be kept in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.

§ 71.16  TRAFFIC CONTROLS.
   All vehicles approaching a traffic-control device shall only proceed as directed by that traffic-control device.

§ 71.17  ADDITIONS AND REMOVALS OF TRAFFIC DEVICES.
   Whenever, in the judgment of the Board of Public Works and Safety it becomes necessary to add or remove traffic-control devices within the city, it shall by proper motion, direct the desired action be taken. The traffic-control map shall be corrected to reflect these changes.

§ 71.18  LOCAL STREETS.
   All other streets not listed in Chapter 76, Schedule II within the city shall be local streets.
