(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any users who violate §§ 54.27 and 54.28 of this chapter may be punished by a fine, in addition to other sanctions listed, of not more than $2,500 (per I.C. 36-1-3-8(a)(10)). Each day of violation of §§ 54.27 and 54.28 shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to, or in the alternative to a fine, water service may be terminated for any user who violates § 54.27 or § 54.28.
