§ 155.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99
   (B)   Any person, firm, association or corporation who refuses to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 155.070 through 155.080 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a Class II misdemeanor punishable by a $200 fine and or 30 days imprisonment.
   (C)   A violation of §§ 155.220 through 155.227 is subject to a fine not to exceed $500. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.
