§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 93.02 or 93.02, the regulations issued thereunder or any order issued thereunder, or who knowingly induces another, directly or indirectly, to violate the provisions of those sections, shall be fined not more than $1,000, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.

   (B)   Any person violating the procedures of §§ 93.10 through 93.16 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100, or shall be imprisoned up to, but no more than ten days. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.

   (C)   (1)   Any person, firm, or corporation in violation of §§ 93.25 through 93.32 or the Standards of Safety or any provision of KRS 227.200 through KRS 227.410 or any provisions of a lawful order, rule, or regulation made under the provisions of KRS 227.200 through KRS 227.410, or induces another to violate the statutory provisions or any lawful order, rule, or regulation made thereunder shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500, or imprisoned for not more than 60 days, or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court. Each day such violation exists shall, in the discretion of the court, be considered a separate offense.
      (2)   The imposition of the penalties hereinabove prescribed shall not preclude the city from instituting an appropriate action or proceeding to prevent an unlawful erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, conversion, maintenance, or use, or to restrain, correct, or abate a violation, or to prevent the occupancy of a building, structure, or premises, or to prevent an illegal act, conduct, business, or use in or about any premises.

   (D)   Any person who violates any other provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $250.
