§ 93.25 FIRE DEPARTMENT; FIRE CHIEF.
   (A)   There is hereby created the City of Lawrenceburg Volunteer Fire Department.
   (B)   There is hereby created the position of Chief of the Lawrenceburg Volunteer Fire Department. The Chief shall be appointed by the Mayor at the first regular meeting after the new members of the City Council take office, for a term of two years and until his successor is appointed.
