The owner of any animal found in the cemetery in violation of § 35.14(C) shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of ten dollars ($10) for the first violation and twenty-five dollars ($25) for each subsequent violation. The penalties imposed by this section shall be in addition to any penalties set forth in § 90.99 of this code applicable to the same conduct.
