(A) The speed limit for motorized vehicles is five (5) miles per hour within the cemetery.
(B) All activities, including but not limited to picnicking, sporting activities and any other activity which causes unnecessary noise inconsistent with proper respect due a cemetery is prohibited.
(C) All animals, except those such as personal service animals, which aid and assist persons with disabilities, are prohibited from the cemetery.
