§ 153.081 VARIANCES; UNDUE HARDSHIPS.
   (A)   Where the Plan Commission finds that extraordinary hardships may result from unusual topographical or other conditions if strict compliance with these regulations is enforced, the Plan Commission may issue a variance to the regulations in this chapter, excepting those covered by §§ 153.036, 153.040, 153.041, and 153.060 through 153.067 in its entirety, so that substantial justice may be done and the public interest secured; provided that such variance will not have the effect of nullifying the intent and purpose of the Official Thoroughfare Plan, Land Use Plan, and this chapter.
   (B)   In granting variances and modifications, the Plan Commission shall require such additional conditions as will, in its judgment, secure substantially the objectives of the standards or requirements so varied or modified.
