§ 5-2-5-21. DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY.
   The Board authorizes the Building Commissioner of the City of Lawrence to administer and carry out the duties of § 5-2-5-3. The Board delegates to the City Civil Engineer of the City of Lawrence the authority to administer all further sections of this chapter.
