(A) The Board consists of three persons appointed by the Mayor who shall serve at the will and pleasure of the Mayor. The Mayor appoints the Clerk of the Board.
(B) To be eligible to be appointed as a member of the Board of Public Works and Safety, a person must have been a voter of the City for at least one year immediately preceding his or her appointment. A member may hold other elective and appointive positions in City government during his or her tenure.
