(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any violation of the provisions of §§ 51.01 through 51.06 of this chapter shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction, as provided in G.S. §§ 14-4 and 160A-175. The penalty for such violation shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500, or as amended.
(C) Any violation of the provisions of §§ 51.20 through 51.31 of this chapter shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction, as provided in G.S. §§ 14-4 and 160A-175. The penalty for such violation shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500, or as amended.
