§ 92.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   The penalty for violating any provision of §§ 92.15 through 92.18 shall include the following:

         a fine of $50 for the first violation, $100 for the second violation, and $150 for the third and any subsequent violation.

      (2)   Each violation of any provision of §§ 92.15 through 92.18 shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. Further, each day that any violation is continued shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. That additionally, the city may pursue injunctive relief in reference to enforcement of §§ 92.15 through 92.18 in order to abate any nuisance and/or prevent any nuisance.

   (C)   The penalties for violation of §§ 92.30 through 92.33 shall be a fine in an amount between $150 and $750, with each violation and/or each day that a violation continues to occur to be considered an additional violation of that subchapter.
