§ 92.33  VIOLATION CONSTITUTES NUISANCE; REMEDIES.
   (A)   A violation of this subchapter is also hereby declared to be a nuisance within the city.
   (B)   The remedies provided herein in regard to the sale, use and/or allowance of use of fireworks shall be in addition and not to be exclusion of any other remedies as may be appropriately available to the city pursuant to law.
