§ 36.02  WORK RELEASE PROGRAM FEES; ACCOUNT.
   (A)   The Sheriff of the county shall collect all fees generated by the Work Release and Community Corrections programs.
   (B)   These fees shall be deposited into Account 590-591 and disbursed by the Sheriff, at his or her discretion, without prior approval, unless any disbursement should exceed $5,000, in which event the Sheriff shall seek the approval of the County Board of Commissioners.
