It shall be unlawful for any person to abandon, store or leave standing on any lot or area within the limits of the town any wrecked or junked automobiles or parts thereof or any other items of property which may be classified as junk, whether for the purpose of sale, storage or otherwise. This section pertains to both private and commercial vehicles.
