§ 90.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this section where no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of §§ 90.001 through 90.155 shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
   (C)   Any offender found to be in violation of §§ 90.185 through 90.187 shall hereafter be personally advised that he or she is given notice as to the fact he or she is presently in violation of an ordinance of the town and must take the necessary steps in order to correct and/or comply with the same within 24 hours. Any individual failing to bring in compliance any provision of §§ 90.185 through 90.187 shall be in violation of §§ 90.185 through 90.187 and shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 per offense. The offense shall be individual for each exotic animal enumerated until correct measures are taken in order to bring the exotic animal into compliance in accordance with §§ 90.185 through 90.187.
