§ 90.065  DETERMINATION OF VICIOUS ANIMAL.
   (A)   Any animal which has made an unprovoked attack on a human by biting or, in any manner, causing abrasions or cuts of the skin, or which has attacked any livestock or pets resulting in death or injury through physical contact, may, after investigation supported by evidence, be declared by the Warden as vicious.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any owner or keeper to permit his or her animal to run at large after the animal has been declared vicious and the owner or keeper has been so notified, in writing, by the Health Department.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any owner or person to keep any vicious, fierce or dangerous animal within the county unless it is confined within a secure building or enclosure or unless it is securely muzzled and under restraint by a competent person who, by means of a leash, has the animal firmly under control at all times.
