§ 70.27  SPECIFIC EXEMPTIONS.
   (A)   Any motorized dirt bike and/or ATV used by the Town of Landis or any other governmental body in conducting official business.
   (B)   Any motorized dirt bike and/or ATV used for the purpose of lot maintenance. The validity of said maintenance usage shall be determined by the Chief of Police, Town of Landis upon prior application for a written permit by the property owner.
